YEAH SO this memory is a bit of an emotional gutpunch, and also AMNESIACEPTION because he was in the midst of regaining memories that had been suppressed. So while he was regaining the memory of this fight, he was also getting vague flashes of his chimeras, their slaughtering at the hands of Wrath, and Wrath fighting him in his previous body.

HOWEVER, he doesn't yet remember what triggered him to initiate this fight with Wrath, so it's a disorienting memory in a number of ways. But once he can think back on it, he'll be able to draw some conclusions, namely: something happened to his possessions (chimeras), and Wrath had a major hand in it. +1000 to WRATH HATE. This is his first memory that connects his past body + his current body, if only vaguely.

There's also a good chance he'll also be able to theorize from this that his memories were tampered with once before, and it was probably Father's doing since he was the one who "made" him when he gained Ling's body. But until he regains some more related memories, he won't understand the full significance of what happened.

AS FOR the effect this will have on him, it's kind of the opposite of his previous memory, which was a good one for him and full of identity info. This one was vague, infuriating, and painful- and he was actually having an identity crisis in this memory, though he doesn't exactly know that yet. It reinforces the importance of his possessions while giving him a taste of what it feels like to lose them. So +500 to MUST PROTECT POSSESSIONS (FROM DOUCHEBAGS LIKE WRATH).

okay I should probably stop writing now IT'S HARD TO PREDICT HOW THIS MEMORY WILL PAN OUT IN GAME so yes, we'll see.
